It is always nice to have a cup of coffee with companions, acquaintances and sometimes even … competitors. The atmosphere of the Bar supplemented with quiet music tunes its visitors on friendly communication or business “mini-meeting”.
Specially for coffee devotees
1 - Coffee latte
- Coffee latte is an ideal option for creative persons. Infinite number of figures may be produced on its surface. Duly foamed milk will hold any topping.
2 - Irish coffee
- Hot black coffee is poured into a special glass pot measuring about 150ml. Sugar is added and stirred until fully dissolved. Whisky is added and the cocktail is decorated with whipped cream which is put on top of the drink. Similar cocktail can be prepared with a different alcohol beverage and consequently a different name. Instead of whisky cognac or dark rum is used.
3 - Venice coffee
- Strong black coffee is poured out to cups. Then the coffee is topped with a teaspoon of whipped cream. A bit of sugar and a pinch of vanilla may be added ad gustum. To colour the drink red some chocolate powder is scattered over cream.
4 - Cappuccino
- Coffee with milk… with milk whipped into hot dense foam. There are quite a number of preparation methods of this popular drink.
5 - Hot chocolate
- Chocolate is an old approved method to make life a little sweeter. If it is hot, dense and cooked by Brazilian recipe, it really makes life better not only by taste. It is easy to cook. Pieces of chocolate are put into boiling water. As soon as they melt some hot milk, fructose and coffee are added. The drink is constantly stirred until it becomes ideally homogenous. And the liveliness drink is ready. Bon appetite!
6 - Chocolate mocha coffee
- Espresso, hot chocolate (or chocolate syrup), full milk and whipped cream are traditional ingredients of this drink. Chocolate chips are put on top. Mocha coffee is served in Irish glass or any high glass. Coffee devotees are still arguing about this cocktail: in fact Mocha is the Yemen port which gave the name to a type of Yemen coffee.
7 - Mocha coffee with syrup
- Fine grained coffee with hot chocolate, coconut syrup, milk, a pinch of coconut chips and there you get this amazing and delicious drink.
8 - Turkish coffee
- To make coffee in the Turkish style is a mere art. To make it right the water should be only pure without any salt or additions, smooth, or distilled. Coffee should be freshly roasted and grinded as fine as possible (powder would do). Turkish coffee pot (cezve) should be made from copper or silver. Pebble or sand frying pan would guarantee excellent quality. The coffee is poured into small cups or served in Turkish coffee pot. Sugar is added ad gustum. According to the recipe milk is never added into Turkish coffee.
