Total length of the cave passage is 520 meters, its depth is 30 meters. The cave was formed by subterranean flow which cut the calciferous block producing a high gallery with a large grotto and a waterfall at the end. Ranching snow crystals and ice stalactites are of seasonal character and can be found at the entrance gate into the cave. Most grottos feature dripstones – calcite barks, stalactites, stalagmites. The cave consists of 15 grottos: Stalaktitovy, Snezhny, Nizhny, Glybovy, Bolshoy, Ozerny, Grot Letuchih Myshey (Bat Grotto), Zaozerny series of grottos. All grottos have domelike ceilings. Ozerny Grotto features organ pipes. The stream taking its rise in the Stalaktitovy grotto grows into a waterfall in Ozerny Grottoand falls 12 meters down into the lake. The lake is 7 meters deep and 15 meters wide. The year-round temperature of the air in the cave is +4C
